Wayne Good is a qualified Chef with a real feel for food. Wayne's demonstrations are an enormous amount of fun and extremely informative and there is always a story to tell. Wayne will show you that good food doesn't have to be complicated, using great ingredients, sometimes from his own garden.

Wayne caters for the corporate event, whether it be a Team Building Exercise or a Social Event. How about getting a group of friends together and having a class at Bruntwood Cottage or in your own home. Each class includes refreshments when you arrive, the demonstration, recipes to take home and lunch or tastings

• Spicy Pork Spare Ribs with Asian Slaw
• Gourmet Toad in the Hole.

Saturday February 18th - 12.30pm: Bubbles and High Tea in Association With Andy of Cambridge Fine Wine Company.

In this class we will be making:

• Lime Infused Chicken and Rocket Sandwiches
• Dijon Tomato Tarts
• Baby Raspberry Meringues
• Orange Cupcakes
• Caramel Macaroons.

Sunday February 19th - 9.30am: Mediterranean BBQ.

 In this class we will be making:

• Spatchcock Chicken with lemon and Mediterranean Herbs
• Mergez Sausages
• Leg of Lamb with Lavender and Garlic
• Spiced Roast Pumpkin and Chickpea Salad
• Chocolate Orange Tart

Thursday March 15th - 6.30pm: Preserves and Cheese.

 In this class we will make:

• Spicy Plum Chutney
• Ricotta Salata Cheese
• Broad Bean and Salata Pate
• Courgette and Salata Fritters
• Tomato, Basil and Chilli Sweet' and Hot Sauce
• Jam
